API Integration & White-Label Solutions

Fees & Payments

• Transaction fees apply based on chosen plans.
• Connection fees are applicable for virtual accounts.
• Users are responsible for any associated taxes.

Developer Responsibilities

• You must secure your API keys and credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your integration.

Bank Transfers & Virtual Accounts

• Bank Transfers in Nigeria: Business owners must onboard with Bell MFB or Asset Matrix MFB.
• Virtual Account Settlements: Payments are settled three times per day.
• Temporary Integration for Non-Compliant Businesses is available.

User Obligations

• Maintain account security and notify Gobeller of any breaches.
• Prohibited activities include fraudulent and illegal use.
• Compliance with applicable laws is required.

Intellectual Property

• Gobeller retains all rights, trademarks, and branding.
• Limited license is granted for business use.

Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranty.
• Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

• Users may terminate accounts at any time.
• Gobeller may suspend accounts for policy violations.
